Because I had a very successful real estate office, I was financially able to create, publish and distribute my own Phil Mitsch Realtor monthly Magazine in hundreds of locations throughout my 3 county marketplace during most of my 24 years of production as a practicing residential Realtor in southern New Jersey. By having several of my Servicing Companies and their personnel pay a “promotional fee” to advertise in each one of my monthly Phil Mitsch Realtor Magazines I was able to “reduce” and even “eliminate” the cost of my magazine’s 1) production and 2) distribution.
