Because I had a very successful real estate office, I was financially able to create, publish and distribute my own Phil Mitsch Realtor monthly Magazine in hundreds of locations throughout my 3 county marketplace during most of my 24 years of production as a practicing residential Realtor in southern New Jersey.  Having my own real estate company Magazine gave me a tremendous advantage over my competitors. My Phil Mitsch Realtor Magazine Became A Profit Center


By having several of my Servicing Companies and their personnel pay a “promotional fee” to advertise in  each one of my monthly Phil Mitsch Realtor Magazines I was able to “reduce” and even “eliminate” the cost of my magazine’s 1) production and 2) distribution.  In fact, after approximately 2 years, I was actually able to generate a substantial profit. 


My Servicing Companies always knew that their advertising dollars were well spent because it resulted in their ability to generate a lot more revenue than the cost of their financial contribution.  Why was this possible? Because 1) my magazine was the best real estate magazine in the marketplace because of its invaluable and impressive content, 2) my magazine was in more locations than any other real estate magazine, 3) my advertising rates were the lowest real estate magazine rates in the marketplace, and 4) my advertisers were getting more leads from my magazine than they were from any other real estate magazine they were, or had been, advertising in.
